About the NGO
Sewadham Ashram is a nationally and internationally known inter-faith non-partisan voluntary organization. Sewadham Ashram is a lifetime shelter and rehabilitation center with due love, care and compassion for the homeless, helpless, differently able, mentally ill, dying and destitute people coming from across the nation without any discrimination of caste, creed, region, age and sex. Married, unmarried mothers, including mentally ill pregnant women also find safe shelter and care here. Most of our residents are suffering from chronic or terminal illnesses.
Currently Sewadham Ashram is providing shelter and loving care for more than 500 residents, irrespective of age and sex. It has been a home for more than 5000 such people since its inception in 1989.
